Getting Started: Assistify (AI customer support)

Assistify is the ConneXing AI customer service, reading and learning form the documentation for the solution and answering customer questions accordingly.

• Current limit is 100 question per user per day

How to use Assitify:

1. Navigate to the home page and click on the Assistify logo
2. Ask anything about connexing.io system and our AI CX Copilot will try our best to assist, answer, and fullfil your question.
3. We store the conversation history up to 5 questions and can be retrieved on later dates.
