Employee Homepage: Apply story flow

About Course

The job flow involves four stages: “Apply”, “Review”, “Interview” and “Final Decision.” Candidates submit their applications in the “Apply” stage, followed by managers reviewing the applications. Selected candidates then proceed to the “Interview” stage. In the final stage, the manager makes a decision to either hire, cancel, or reject the application based on the candidate’s fit for the job role.

Candidate can choose optional availability information after clicking “Apply” or “Apply anonymously”. Clicking “Apply” again will submit the application.

Throughout this process, the manager plays a crucial role in assessing and determining the progression of each application. After applying for a position, the candidate can follow all steps of the process:

After reviewing the candidate’s application, the manager may reach out for an interview or follow up using the platform’s communication page.

If a candidate chooses to use the feature “Apply anonymously”, the process will look like this:

Applying anonymously gives the candidate the opportunity to stay incognito until the interview stage. In order to continue with the process at this stage, it will be necessary for the applicant to disclose his or her identity to the hiring manager.
