CX Copilot: Candidate recommender

The CX Copilot is an efficient tool for hiring managers to easily find candidate recommendations for JPA’s (jobs, projects, activities).

A quick prompt such as “suggest candidate” gives the user a list of suggestions that fit the requirements as shown in this example:

Let’s assume the hiring manager is looking for a candidate for a job:

After answering the questions about the required skills for the position, the user will click on “Done”:

The CX Copilot will also ask how many years of experience are required for this job. Then, after the user enters this information, there is a question about the languages the candidate should be able to master. It is also possible to skip this question. Finally, there is a question about the importance of the location for this job:

After this quick process, the CX Copilot lists candidate recommendations within the company who are the best fit for the job created by the hiring manager:

In addition, it is possible to bookmark candidates directly in this list for reference at a later time.
