Dashboard: CX Admin
About Course
The CX admin page provides statistics related to the system usage, security profiles, and the AI recommender.
It can be accessed by clicking on the dashboard icon on the left bar and going to “CX Admin” tab, as seen below:
“System usage” present the number of users, employees and positions:
“Security profiles overview” shows total number of security profiles and number of employees with each main security type:
“AI recommendation” informs about the last update of each recommendation service:
