Getting started: Internal Communication Platform

In order to speed up the recruiting process for jobs, projects, and activities, hiring managers and candidates can use the Internal Communication Platform to send and receive messages. This allows for a fast and easy channel to clarify any questions or issues.

Hiring managers can start a communication with potential candidates using the chat button on candidate cards:

It is also possible to view communication history using the bar on the left:

Since hiring manager can communicate with other employees both as an employee and an employer, there are two tabs on the Internal Communication Platform:

• The “My applications” tab allows users to reach out to the hiring managers of jobs, projects, and activities for which they have applied.

• The “Candidates” tab allows users to reach out to applicants who have applied for jobs, projects, and activities.
